William F. Anderson

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Anderson has achieved over 25 years of benefit consulting and operations management experience on a national level. He specializes in working with clients to deliver benefit and HR solutions that provide exceptional service to all participants by streamlining the enrollment processes and data sharing across the benefit, payroll and carrier eligibility systems. As COO of Stratovize, Mr. Anderson utilizes his experience working with state governments, Fortune 500 companies, and hundreds of carriers and service providers over the years to concentrate on our service teams facilitating and delivering smooth transitions and successful long-term relationships between all parties. Most recently, Mr. Anderson worked creating relationships with major carriers to participate in Private Exchange offerings. He has held management roles with United Healthcare as both a Sales Director of National Accounts and Vice President of Sales and Client Services and held the positions of HRO Transition Executive with ACS and Health and Welfare Consultant at Towers Perrin. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis with a minor in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters and has spoken at numerous national benefit conferences.

Jennifer Pierce

Director of Benefits Administration

Jennifer Pierce joins Stratovize with over 15 years’ experience in Benefits Administration. Her Human Resources and Benefits career includes positions with such notable organizations as Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), Delaware Hospice, Inc. a statewide non-profit organization in Delaware, Amtrak, PrimePay and Providence Technology Solutions (PTS). Her professional background focuses on Human Resources and Benefits Administration with an expertise for New System Implementation and Ongoing Benefits Administration. Ms. Pierce has frequently worked directly with clients and system providers to successfully deliver new benefit system conversion on time and on budget. She has the experience and knowledge to conduct client discovery, requirements gathering, training and ongoing client support through mentoring, troubleshooting and open enrollment. Her goal is to help clients streamline their benefits and human resources operations so they can eliminate redundancies and work more efficiently. She has led teams of benefit administrators for large clients where she was responsible for managing client expectations and deliverables. Ms. Pierce has experience with Affordable Care Act compliance, and retirement plan administration for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from King’s College and currently holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
