Many consultants work to find a point-in-time solution and don’t take the time to understand all the systems and processes that you work with on a daily basis.

We create a visual representation of your human resource information systems (HRIS) environment. This will include:

  • Onboarding systems
  • Human resource solutions
  • Payroll
  • Benefits administration platform
  • Accounting/general ledger and others.
  • Errors and omissions
  • Benefit carriers
  • All other third parties (COBRA, FMLA, HSA, FSA etc.)

After all the systems are identified, we then map out the system integrations and how data moves from system to system.

  • Identify any data that is manually entered into the system
  • Identify any files or spreadsheets that are uploaded
  • Identify whether EDI files being sent to secured FTP sites are on a schedule or real-time API
  • Determine user interfaces, how they are accessed and by whom
  • Identify what systems employees access
  • Is there single sign-on?
  • Where do administrators log in?
  • How do third parties access systems?

We provide a comprehensive review of your current state. This is accomplished through a discovery process that allows you to better understand the capabilities and potential shortcomings of the current system.

Once the review is completed we will create an executive summary with observations and recommendations to:
